New RAPT app - now live!
The all-new native RAPT app has landed in the App Store and Google Play. Seamless data migration, helpful onboarding, and a new back end architecture with much more still to come.

Massive thanks and appreciation for our beta testers!
Well, it's been quite the journey. We are there. The public release of the all new RAPT App has hit the respective App and Play stores and is under review for release.
All functionality from the old RAPT Portal has been shifted over, albeit with a few cool changes and some pretty funky enhancements. But wait, there's a whole lot more still to come. As part of the update process we are moving to a new back end architecture. This will enable us to introduce new features that are tightly integrated across new device firmware. It also allows development of the next generation of RAPT products, the RAPT Glycol Chiller and Spunding Valve to name but two.
Christmas Eve: the new RAPT app release
We did it! RAPT App 1.0.0 has been submitted for review in the Google Play and Apple App stores, and is available for pre-release in the respective stores.
When you download and install the new app you will be prompted to sign in and migrate your user data. This is seamless and only takes a couple of minutes.
One of the features of the new app is helpful onboarding: pop-up menus that explain every new feature and change. We focused heavily on making this easy and, well, cool to use. Let us know what you think!
There are some changes to make the features more intuitive: Device Profiles are now Automations, and Equipment Profiles are now called Configurations, for example. Controlling and setting up your RAPT devices through the app is fast and easy with a clear interface.

Still to come
The all new, native RAPT App is stage one. We are also moving to a new architecture which allows greater control, easier registration and the ability to implement a bunch of your most requested features.
The new app will work in conjunction with the original architecture for a while. We will roll out firmware updates over the next couple of months to bring all RAPT products onto the new platform. This means there will be a short period of crossover; however, this has been designed to be minimal, and a seamless transition will occur for all devices.
Once this is implemented, stage two will involve even more powerful features and quality-of-life improvements, such as easy and fast product registration to the RAPT platform.

We would love your feedback
All RAPT product documentation lives at the docs.rapt.io portal. You can reach it directly from that link, or simply click the Help button inside the RAPT Portal. This covers using the app as well as comprehensive user guides for all of our RAPT products.
It's the best place to find setup guides with step by step instructions, and helpful tips for brewing, fermenting and profiles. There are also comprehensive troubleshooting sections for every device to get you out of a jam.
We also have a helpful and active RAPT Facebook community, so jump on board! We welcome your feedback.
For reports and feature requests on the RAPT Platform, we use GitLab: RAPT Portal feature requests and bug reports.
